Who we are
iVenture Holdings (Iventureholdings.com LLC) is a venture fund and incubator. We back internet companies that people rely on every day, and we build them alongside their teams: products in cloud storage, video and file transfer that serve users around the world.
Our model joins two things that are usually separate. As a fund, we provide capital and stay invested for the long term. As an incubator, we provide the AI, engineering, infrastructure and operations that let a young company launch a dependable service and keep it running as it grows.
What we believe
Modern AI is most valuable when it quietly does real work: organising what people store, moving what they share, and connecting it to the tools and assistants they already use. The best services built on it start free, earn trust and grow into fair paid plans, and they respect the people who use them: their data is theirs, their files are safe, and the service works on every device they own.
